MEET & GREET

We meet 15h00 at Kang Ultra Stop, Botswana.

DAY 1 (334km) KANG – EL-FARI

The easy drive today and we have a good breakfast before we leave. All tar road and we reach our camp at 15:00. Dinner is the normal braai with “braaibroodjies”.

DAY 2, 3 & 4 (396km) EL-FARI – ASKIESBOS

The tar road is in a bad condition and we are driving slow through the potholes. Tonight, we sleep on the Delta Belle houseboat. Luxurious and very relaxing experience on the Okavango Delta. This will be our home for the next two days. Photographers and anglers make sure you have all your equipment ready!

DAY 5, 6 & 7 (56km) ASKIESBOS – NUNDA CAMP

We have a Namibia border crossing today and we drive through Mahango Game Reserve. In the next two days we will visit Buffalo Game Reserve, the home of 32 Battalion. Sundowner boat cruises can be arranged, and fishermen can also charter a boat.

DAY 8 & 9 (260km) NUNDA CAMP – NAKATWA CAMP

2 Days of wild camping in Mudumu Game Reserve next to the Kwando river. Lots of animals to see. We do our own game drives in the morning and evening.

DAY 10 & 11 (172km) NAKATWA CAMP – CAPRIVI MUTOYA CAMP

We drive through the very interesting town of Katima Mulilo, most of the driving is on good tar road. We stay over for two days while we await our Covid test results and explore the town. A sunset cruise can be arranged on the Zambezi.

DAY 12 & 13 (136km) CAPRIVI MUTOYA CAMP – BIG 5 CHOBE CAMP

Early start today as we have a border crossing. We drive through the Chobe National Park and we expect to see lots of animals. We arrive at our camp in Kasane and prepare for the next day’s visit to the famous Victoria Falls.

DAY 14 & 15 (265km) BIG 5 CHOBE CAMP – ELEPHANT SANDS

For the next 2 days we round this tour off at Elephant Sands. Great place with great people. Sadly, all good things come to an end and we greet all our friends.

Stoftrappers responsibility:

• Guide with 4×4 vehicle.
• All camp fees.
• 2-Way Radio’s.
• Satellite Phone for emergency calls.
• Transfer and entry fees at Vic Falls.
• Houseboat meals: Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
• Dinners, except for Meet and Greet and last evening’s dinner.
• 2 Days accommodation on Delta Belle houseboat.
• Fishing and photography guide on Delta Belle.
• Fishing and photography vessel for 2 days on the Delta.
• All park fees.

Your responsibility:

• NEGATIVE 72 HOUR COVID-19 CERTIFICATE (RSA, NAMIBIA, BOTSWANA AND WHEN RETURNING)
• Own 4×4 vehicle, fuel, and camp gear and equipment.
• Recovery gear and compressor.
• Recovery points, front and back.
• Own toilet and shower.
• Own water, drinks, snacks, breakfasts and lunches.
• Any other recreational activities.
  6 big bags wood, 2 bags charcoal briquettes and 2 packets firelighters
• “Blits”.
• Own medicine.
• Accommodation and restaurant at Kang.
• Last evenings dinner at Elephant Sands.
• MINIMUM OF 5 VEHICLES, 10 PAX. GROUP BOOKINGS WELCOME.
