MEET & GREET
We meet 15h00 at Kang Ultra Stop.
DAY 1 (215km) KANG – JACK’S PAN
After breakfast, we leave for Jack’s Pan. 25km Tar road and then the fun begins…we are officially in the Kalahari. Tonight, we camp on the most beautiful pan, hoping to see some lions.


DAY 2 JACK’S PAN
Lazy day at the pan with morning and evening game drives.
DAY 3, 4 & 5 (60km) JACK’S PAN – MABUASEHUBE
We leave after breakfast for the Kalagadi Transfrontier Park, 3 days of absolute tranquillity. One-third of the Park is situated in South Africa and two thirds in Botswana. The roads in the Park is typical Botswana roads, sandy and all the way 4×4 driving.


DAY 6 (112km) MABUASEHUBE – CUTLINE CAMP
We do an early morning game drive, pack up camp and leave the Park. We drive the cutline on the Northern side of the Park and look out for more animals. Just love cutline driving.


DAY 7 (340km CUTLINE CAMP – KANG
Early morning start as today we will be back in civilization again. We visit Hukuntsi where we fill up with fuel. Hot showers and ablutions are a welcome site.
DAY 8 (340km) KANG – EL-FARI
All tar road driving today and on our way to our camp, we will visit the town Ghanzi in the central Western side of Botswana, known for its good beef.
DAY 9 & 10 (302km) EL-FARI – GIDICHAA
Early morning start as the road is not in a good condition. The last 50km to Gidichaa is a sandy 4×4 road. Gidichaa is known for it’s Elephants and other animals since they have a manmade waterhole.


DAY 11 (124km) GIDICHAA – GUMA
Kilometre wise, the distance is not far, but road conditions are not good at all, but all the worth wile! You will enjoy the Delta and Guma camp.
DAY 12, 13 & 14 (121km) GUMA – ASKIESBOS
We leave after breakfast for Askiesbos and the houseboat awaits us. We will spend a night on the houseboat. Anglers, you can enjoy what the Delta has to offer. We also visit the Crocodile farm and meet “old Sam” in his retirement village. This crock weighs over 300kg and is a real old beast.
Sadly, we have to say our goodbyes on our last night together.

Stoftrappers responsibility:
- Guide with 4×4 vehicle.
- All camp fees.
- All transit and Park fee’s
- 2-Way radios.
- Dinners.
- Satellite phone for emergency calls.
- Houseboat meals: Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
Your responsibility:
NEGATIVE 72 HOUR COVID-19 CERTIFICATE (RSA, AS WELL AS BOTSWANA WHEN RETURNING)
- Own 4×4 vehicle, fuel, and camp gear and equipment.
- Recovery gear and compressor.
- Recovery points, front and back.
- Own toilet and shower.
- Own water, drinks, snacks, breakfasts and lunches.
- Any other recreational activities.
- 6 big bags of wood, 2 bags of charcoal briquettes and 2 packets of firelighters “Blits”.
- Own medicine.
- Meet and Greet accommodation and dinner.
- Last evenings dinner at Askiesbos.
